There is no need to hurry up and "fix" Type 2 Diabetes. In fact, trying to do this work quickly has many pitfalls and downright feels terrible.
If it takes you 6 months or a year to reverse Type 2 Diabetes, this is a short time in comparison to the time it takes for the body to develop this disease. Trying to go fast usually feels bad physically and takes a toll mentally, often leading to quitting.
