Why Blaming Yourself For Your Diabetes Keeps You Stuck
Show Notes

How many times have you told yourself that you "did this to yourself?"  It's common for people with Type 2 diabetes to blame and shame themselves for having this problem.  All my clients have some amount of this going on, and I've been here myself.

This kind of thinking keeps us stuck in a lonely place, asking ourselves why we can't seem to get out of the rut.  In this episode, I'm going to help you see if this is happening in your situation (because sometimes we can't even see it).  Then, we will explore why it keeps us stuck and how to free ourselves so we can move forward in the direction we want to go.
