Vacations are a wonderful part of life.  We all need planned time off to recreate and relax.  However, vacations can be scary if you are learning to live a lifestyle that isn't centered around food anymore.

For many of us, food has been a major source of pleasure and entertainment.   So, how do you NOT go completely off the rails and undo all the progress you have made?

This is a skill that we all need to learn to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle.  And I'm teaching it just in time for summer fun.
